Hi- I am running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I followed many instruction by using searched in kindle fire section and google.com. I still unable success get my win7 recognize my kindle fire to get mount storage. I charged full 100% as what amazon customer rep told me and No success. I did hard reset and even reset to factory defaults. No darn success. I used latest version KFU 9.3 included the drivers comes with it.

I borrowed my fiancee's macbook and it worked but not windows7. Must be my win7 screwed side??
